[Taxonomy] Non editable taxonomy and root folder when following the documentation

Following http://taxonomy.forge.onehippo.org/cms-configuration.html, if you import the very first xml mentioned, you get a sample taxonomy named 'en'. This taxonomy is not editable - there's no edit button. Also the view button is broken and the following is logged: WARN [org.onehippo.cms7.channelmanager.plugins.channelactions.ChannelActionsPlugin.isVisibleInPreview():201] Document '/content/taxonomies/en/en' does not contain the property 'hippo:availability'. No 'View' menu items will be shown

Now the same documentation page supplies another sample taxonomy.xml that you can import, it's named 'example taxonomy tree'. This works, i.e. it is editable.

Also, no matter what xml you start from, the context menu of the 'taxonomies' root folder in the cms is empty. It says 'No actions available'
