Easy Forms - "Save & Close" button does not work when two form documents are opened

Reproduction path:

• Check out easy forms demo from https://forge.onehippo.org/svn/easy-forms/demo/trunk/
• Build and run (mvn clean install, mvn -Pcargo.run)
• Log in to CMS
• Go to documents tab
• Browse to folder easyforms/common
• Click on document "After Process Demo Form"
• Click "Edit" to edit "After Process Demo Form"
• Click on document "Confirmation Demo Form"
• Click on "Edit" to edit "Confirmation Demo Form"
• Click on "Save & Close" to save & close "Confirmation Demo Form"
• Close the tab for "Confirmation Demo Form"
• Click on "Save & Close" to save & close "After Process Demo Form"

Exception: "After Process Demo Form" is not closed.
Expected: "After Process Demo Form" is closed (i.e. Save buttons disappear, "Edit" and workflow buttons appear, document is shown in non-editing mode).

On further investigation in the console, it appears that the "After Process Demo Form" document was actually saved (no more draft variant), but the UI was not updated.

Workaround: click "Save" on "After Process Demo Form", then click "Save & Close".
