Documentation: More emphasis on the order of the Rewrite filter mapping in the web.xml

In the installation documentation ( see http://urlrewriter.forge.onehippo.org/install.html ) the following line explains that the Rewrite filter should be the first entry.

"Add filter as a first entry in your web.xml before the other filter mappings:"

Can we change the line so that it stands more out ? For instance make "a first entry" in bold.
Or make a separate info block explaining the importance of the order of the filter mappings. This is not trivial and easily missed by a developer. It took two developers about a day in total to find out why the url rewriter filter did not process the requested url.
