Certified & community plugins: check sequence numbering between 20000 and 30000

Check the plugins mentioned on Hippo Campus [1] for sequence numbers and lower any higher than 30000 (the sequence number for projects, auto-export starts with that).

Possibly also create a page on Hippo Campus stating sequence number ranges.
