Import Tool: Expanded job reporting for imports

Currently the import tool only offers statistics via the logging. These also do not allow for focusing on the details (ie, if 10 documents failed which ones and why, though that information may be available in the log). A more formal report is desired which has more detailed information than just the statistics as well as being in a more user friendly format.
