ContentBlocks: configure a list of blocks instead of creating compound for it

    Description

      Setting up a list of content block compounds for the plugin is now done by another compound that serves only as that collection of compounds, and is not needed anywhere else.

      This is awkward and can be simplified by using some configuration of the ContentBlocksPlugin.

      Also we then gain the wish for sorting, see HIPPLUG-817
