CMS 6 specific converters

Image links embedded in HTML fields are not converted properly due to overlap between binaries base path and image referece.

For example:
binaries base path: /foo/bar/binaries
image reference: /binaries/some/image

As a workaround the converters can strip the /binaries prefix from the image reference.
