Doc Wizard: Use cms translater services to localize messages

    Description

      The doc wizard has it's own localization mechanism, which makes it prone to bugs that are not relevant to it's core functionality.

      It would be better if the plugin would delegate responsibility for translations to a dedicated translator service.
