Missing documentation

Please add the following documentation:
In the cnd, add the namespace for hippogallerypicker
<'hippogallerypicker'='http://www.hippoecm.org/hippogallerypicker/nt/1.0'>
and an example documenttype
[mynamespace:mydocument] > hippostd:publishable, hippostd:publishableSummary, hippo:document
+ image (hippogallerypicker:imagelink)

Also mention the sequence number that adds the galelrypicker so your document type must have a higher sequence number at import
