Taxonomy: make category parents visible for selected values in the document

When taxonomy values are selected in a document, the editor shows those categories in a list but the parent information is not visible.

Suggestions are to:

• show complete parent structure instead of just the selected value (e.g. Level 1 Item A / Level 2 Item B / Level 3 Item C)
• show parent structure with truncated labels for when the space is limited (e.g. Level 1.../ Level 2.. / Level 3 Item C)
• have a hover-over with complete parent structure

These options could very well be configurable somehow.
