The ECM Tagging plugin recreates navigator node with contentdelete but should use merge facility

In ECM Tagging plugin, there is a navigator.xml [1] that recreates a full /hippo:configuration/hippo:frontend/cms/cms-browser/navigator
node using a contentdelete. It should use the h:merge facility inserting only a new tagcloud section (see for example taxonomy plugin).

The consequence is that when using both taxonomy and ecm-tagging, the taxonomies section is gone.
