Content blocks: compound name disappears in view mode

If compound type names are rendered as label above each content block (see showCompoundNames=true as in [1]), these labels disappear in view mode, but only after publication.

In code, the jcrNodeModel parameter is null in org.onehippo.forge.contentblocks.ContentBlocksFieldPlugin#getBlockName.
