Taxonomy: change demo to Essentials plugin

    Description

      Instead that the demo project is an archetype with some demo-artifacts added, put those in an Essentials feature that you can add to an archetype. This will make maintenance of the demo much easier. It will neither make getting the demo to run any much harder.
