Palette picker type does not load all taxonomy terms

The Taxonomy picker dialog has two types, a tree to pick from (the default). But there is also a Palette type. If that is used, not all taxonomy terms are loaded into the palette.

In the taxonomy demo:

• select in an about document the key "Transport_and_infrastructure"
• save the document
  on /hippo:namespaces/hippotaxonomy/classifiable/editor:templates/default/root add a String property "taxonomy.type" with value "palette"

 
edit the document again and open the pickerresult: the key from the document is not in the list on the left neither is it showing up on the right. When selecting another key, the original key (Transport_and_infrastructure) is removed from the document!

Building up the list of terms for the Palette type seems to omit some of the terms.
