Gallery picker: refactor configuration parameters

The Visual Editing in the Channel Manager also needs to read the configuration parameters for the picker dialog opened by the gallery picker. To ease that reading the storage of the parameters should be refactored: the editor:templates/default node in the namespace definition should contain the default values of all parameters (which allows ease reading by the Visual Editing backend), which are then passed to the picker configuration via the property inheritance mechanism of plugin clusters.
