Taxonomy plugin - Allow to move up/down and delete a selected category item in UI (no dialog popup)

    Description

      Business users want to be able to change order of the selected taxonomy keys in the document editor.
      For example, if there were two key selected already (e.g, "cat1/cat1.1" and "cat2/cat2.1/cat2.1.1"), business users should be able to change the order to put the second item, cat2.1.1, first.
      Also, they want to be able to delete an existing selected item directly without having to open popup dialog.
      TaxonomyPickerPlugin.java could have [up], [down] and [delete] icons by default to allow ordering and deleting without having to open popup dialog.
