Missing l10n plugin for tagging

Scenario:
With Hippo version 11.1.0 after installing tagging through essentials.
It includes CMS plugin: hippo-plugin-content-tagging (version 6.1.0)
And extra: hippo-plugin-content-tagging-l10n (version: 6.1.0)
After rebuilding get a message it can't find l10n version:
Checking nexus: https://maven.onehippo.com/maven2/org/onehippo/cms7/hippo-plugin-content-tagging-l10n/
version 6.1.0 is missing

Result expected & actual
I expect that all dependencies are available through nexus needed to build tagging plugin without warnings
