      Current situation

      1. The global parameters are stored in /content/urlrewriter.
      2. The parameters cannot be set in the cms
      3. The parameters aren't visible on the status page

      Desired situation

      1. The global parameters are stored on /hippo:configuration/hippo:modules/urlrewriter/hippo:moduleconfig
      2. The parameters can be set in the cms ui
      3. the parameters are visible in the status page
