poll component has untranslated parameter annotation class

As part of translations PSP3 (RD-3418) the component parameter annotations of all Essentials components have been translated.

While looking into another issue, I found that the certified components Poll and SEO also have parameter annotations in the plugin projects. These are currently not translated.

Note that CMS-10294 contains a script to extract the translations onto a JSON format.
