Taxonomy: edit taxonomy button in taxonomy picker

While browsing through taxonomy terms in the taxonomy picker, it might sometimes happen that the editor notices a missing taxonomy term or a mistake in a taxonomy term.

It would be handy to have a button that would close the picker and open the taxonomy for editing. This would be similar to the concept of the upload button in the image picker.

It is not necessary/feasible to edit the taxonomy from inside the picker, opening the taxonomy in the CMS should suffice.
