URL Rewriter: When using proxy and POST cookies are discarded

When setting up the rule in the application that is setup like:

• Type: proxy
• From: /mijn/**
• To: http://external-url.com:8090

post enabled on the root configuration.

It seems the cookies that are correctly passed along to the client are not sent to the server when doing the proxy. This causes the remote application to restart a session, leading to various unexpected behaviors.
