Unable create folder when no folder type is selected of development component plugin (create folder)

1. In dashboard click on create folder shortcut. (opens the wizard)
2. Choose the Folder name and click next
3. Under "Add random folder types or make a selection" do not choose any option and click on next and complete the wizard till end.

Now browse to the actual folder where you attempted to create a new one.

Actual - New folder is not seen
Expected - New folder should be seen
