It is possible to create documents with same names

1. Login to CMS (go-green)
2. In dashboard, use document shortcuts to create new documents (example news)
3. In name type "test one"
4. "Save & close" the document
5. Repeat the step 2-4
Expected - User should not be able to create document with same name, a friendly error message should be show saying the document with name "test one" already exists.
Actual - User is able to create documents with same name (refer screenshot)
This issue was found while testing CMS7-8949
