Taxonomy - As an editor, I'd like to change order of categories - Add Comparator<Category> getter/setter in Taxonomy

Currently, the hst module doesn't sort the categories in alphabetical order, which is different from the default ordering in cms editor.
I'd like to see the same ordering in both by default.
Also, I'd like to change the ordering by injecting Comparator<Category> in Taxonomy interface.
