Remove old PNG icons in tree workflow menu

    Description

      The Gogreen has override icons for a couple of workflow actions in the tree dropdown menu, specific to certain folder types. Since we use SVG icons in CMS 10 these are no longer wanted. Furthermore these icons are all the same as the original new-folder icon, so they add(ed) nothing at all.
