FolderWorkflowplugin.java.patch doesn't work for existing banner type documents.

issue is checked locally with gogreen.Below are the testing steps:--
1.Go to console
2.Go to path "/hippo:namespaces/hippogogreen/banner/hipposysedit:nodetype/hipposysedit:nodetype/title".
3.Note the value of "hipposysedit:path" foreg."hippogogreen:title".
4.Go to path "/hippo:configuration/hippo:queries/hippo:templates/new-banner"
5.Under properties-->hippostd:modify.Add new parameters with name "./hippogogreen:title" & "$localname" or use "name".
6.Login to Cms.
7.Go to document perspective & click on context perspective icon on any folder.
8.Add a new document with document type as banner.
9.Give name to the document & click ok button.
10.Title of the document doesn't get populated with the name of the document.

Tried with adding parameters to path "/hippo:configuration/hippo:queries/hippo:templates/new-document" & then in Cms created new document with banner as its type.
also tried with creating banner document.But doesn't work.
