Steps to reproduce:-->
1.Add a comment on any news & event document on site.
2.Open the cms using admin/editor credentials.
3. publication request for "comment' on the document is shown in to-do list.
4.open the request & click on reject request.
5.Feedback to author dialogue opens.
6.Write feedback.
7.No clarity where the feedback goes.
Expected result:-->Feedback should be sent to the commenter.
