Errors are logged in browser console when visit "http://localhost:8080/site/contact"

When http://localhost:8080/site/contact page is visited on site then below errors are logged in browser console:--
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined jquery-ui-1.10.2.custom.min.js:6
Uncaught ReferenceError: $ is not defined jquery-validate-1.1.2.min.js:2

Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function contact:605
