Add device data targeting collector

Goal:

create a new collector as part of the Enterprise demo that showcases device detection.

Details:

• Develop a Collector that exposes the following Characteristics, and their corresponding Scorers:
  • Device type: Desktop (check is_desktop), Tablet (check is_tablet), Mobile (all the rest). The UI of this characteristic should be similar to that of the “visits the site on a (day of week)” characteristic, so checkboxes when editing a target group and radiobuttons in the alter ego editor.
• Use the data and client provided by the Device map project. As there are multiple device data providers, provide an abstraction that enables projects to use a different data provider.
• Test that this works properly using one or more devices.

• Develop this for Hippo 10; develop this as part of the Enterprise Demo (or, if that has not been ported to Hippo 10 yet, as part of Go Green Enterprise).
