Regression - the form as part of GoGreen Enterprise does not seem to get processed

When I fill out the form at http://www.demo.test.onehippo.com/contact and hit "submit", nothing seems to happen. Normally, the URL gets updated to include the UUID of the form submission. I'm not sure which versions are affected as I'm not sure what gets deployed where ... I see this behavior on http://www.demo.test.onehippo.com/contact and when I build locally, but not at http://www.enterprisedemo.onehippo.com/contact
