Concurrency test issues for 7.7 release

Following were main issues
1. Pop-up related functions were not working fine (i.e translation document pop-up, schedule publication pop-up etc)
2. Workflow events like take offline and scheduling were not working
3. Creating new documents from dash board was not working
4. Some exceptions being shown in Dashboard History

Observation - The exception in the screen-shot occurs when you copy/move a document or image or asset.
