Regression - Unable to select a persona in Chinese Channel [ChMgr 2.24.10]

1. Unzip the launcher content and double click on the "start demo"
2. Open CMS as admin, go to channel manager >> Chinese website >> click on "Edit channel"
3. Select featured prodcuts item >> Click on add targeting configuration >> delete the existing value using "X" and click on search button

Expected - User should be able to select a product from the dialog box
Actual - NPE is shown in the pop-up

This issue occurs only in Chinese channel, other channels work fine. Also this occurs only in launchers - on local dev it is working fine.
