Normal Description
When a visitor has an unknown location (e.g. when you come from localhost), the Visitor Characteristic for 'weather' is shown in the Visitor Analysis tab as:
'is experiencing weather'
(also see screenshot). That is not correct.
Instead, 'weather' should not appear in the list of visitor characteristics when the type of weather is not known (similar to, for example, the city and country characteristics).
