Migrate product esv to yaml

• This also requires supporting and updating all test using repository bootstrap!
• Migrate and test-run all product demos, test projects, HAP, HGGE, unit-tests etc.  to use yaml/cm
• What about cms-translations and cms-enterprise-translations??? Those also use esv!
• Disable the need for -Drepo.yaml=true (make it true, always)
• Run all integration tests in the HAP
• Validate autoexport through hammering it with Essentials
• Validate pre-bang tag against pre-pushed master through dedicated BCCM
• Use dedicated JIRA key(s) for pushing the reintegration (one, or per/project)
• move Console YAML import/export changes into hippo-cms (JIRA: HCM-135)
• delete hippo-cms autoexport/repository module (also from release-pom)
• add hcm modules to release pom
• push bang 

Optional refactoring

• Rename FileConfigurationWriter to ModuleWriter
