Design a proper resource export/storage file mapping solution

When binary resources need to be exported to file (see HCM-50) for the first time, a proper file system naming and mapping strategy is needed to provide acceptable (re)usability for developers.

For example, generating a uuid based filename in a unrelated would not provide acceptable usability for developers.

Maybe also look at Jackrabbit FileVault solution for this.
