Junk characters shown in Go Green Chinese website

1. Run the go green site URL
2. Go to Chinese option in "Editon"

Issue - Lot of junk characters are shown in the UI (refer attachment)

Note - Attachment contains screenshot of Home page only, but junk charcters are shown in all the site menu options, like when I navigate to News overview I see these characters in left site menu column, bread crumb, faceted nagigation, page navigation, comments overview for all the news items etc ......
