Persona tab should not be shown for any component of community go green demo

1. Login to CMS
2. Navigate to channel manager >> select any site >> click on edit template
3. Select any component within a container
4. Component properties box opens automatically

Issue - Default tab should not be shown in this dialog (for any of the components)
