All sitemaps should have an item named 'root' that shows the homepage at /

Since HSTTWO-1876 the HST rewrites the '/home/' path to '/', so the home page of a site is shown at the root. We should therefore rename all sitemap items called 'home' (or a translated version of that) into 'root', and change the hst:homepage property on the mount accordingly.
