Mobile site shows links for languages that do not have a mobile site

The language of the mobile site can be changed via the 'Change' link in the top-right corner. The languages Chinese, Russian, and Spanish are then also shown, but none of these languages actually has a mobile site configured. There's only a mobile site for English, Dutch, and French.

Steps to reproduce:
1. open the English mobile site, for example at http://www.demo.test.onehippo.com/mobile
2. click 'Change' in the top-right corner

Expected behavior: only the options 'France' and 'Nederland' are shown
Actual behavior: the options 'France', 'Nederland', '中国', 'Россия', and 'España' are shown. Clicking any of the last three shows a pagenotfound error.
