Regression - Starting on clean repository - documents do not load any xinha components

1. Clean you maven repository
2. Do svn up on go green trunk
3. mvn clean install
4. mvn -P cargo.run
5. Login to cms >> navigate to Documents >> open any document that has xinha
6. Click on Edit and click on xinha field

Expected - User should be able to edit xinha with its component available
Actual - xinha field with its content disappears (refer screenshot)
