Events : Homepage does not show the near-future event

1) create new events folder [05] inside new year folder "2012"

2) create events document with start and end date in the month 05

3) create new events folder [01]

4) create events document with start and end date in the month 01

behavior: site homepage will display event in 05 - 2012, which can cause user to miss the event at 01 - 2012
