Channel Manager: Item properties - Close button is missing

1. Login to CMS as admin user
2. Navigate to Channel manager >> Select a channel >> click on edit >> select an item in container
3. Item properties dialog should show with properties in them

Expected - Item properties should have close button, when clicked dialog should close and item within container should be deselected.
Actual - Close button is not present instead "hide/unhide button is present"
