Exception when name and url of the document are with different names

1. Login to CMS with any user
2. Navigate to any folder, access its sub-content menu and click on create new document
3. Type name "test" and click on edit button and type "testtesturl"
4. Than click on "Ok" button\

Expected - New document should be created with name "test"
Actual -
a) New document is created with "testesturl",
b) mis-leading warning message is throw asking user to try again even the document is created "An error occurred, please try again"
