Personas are not displayed when user navigates from "channel manager" perspective to "target audience personas" perspective

1. Log-in to CMS as admin user
2. Navigate to Channel Manager >> Select any channel >> click on Open channel button
3. Now click on "target audience personas" perspective

Issue - Attached error is shown
Expected behavior - All the persons should be displayed, it should behave as when user is not navigating from channel manager perspective
