Russian subsites improvements

1) below server-config we have the host/mount configs for test (and
arje lab), acct, prod. Because you now only added it for local, we do
not see your work on our gogreen test environment. so, if you could
also add the host/mount config for test, arje lab, acct and prod it
would be great. (copy-paste work)

2) The Russian URLs are English : For example /home and /news. The
sitemap item nodenames can just be Russian. Thus way, you'll have
Russian URLs. If you rename /home to /russianhome make sure you adjust
the hst:homepage on the Russian mount

3) The translation ids are not correct. I assume, the Russian
documents are translations of the English. In this case, the
'equivalent' nodes should share the same hippotranslation:id. This
also holds for the 'root content folder' of the Russian site. Because
this is now not the case, you do not get to see the Russian version
(right top next to dutch, english and french)
