A couple of examples of freemarker template stored in repo would be nicer

Many people would love to see how flexible the HST templates are. So they want to change layouts by editing some scripting languages stored in the repository.
The most common scenarios are: Moving the left menu to the right side, Adding some custom stuffs at random in the top area, etc.
However, currently hippo gogreen doesn't have any repo-stored freemarker template examples.
So, I'd like the suggest three of templates be in repo-stored freemarker templates:

• /hst:hst/hst:configurations/common/hst:templates/layout.webpage.ftl (and removing webpage.jsp)
• /hst:hst/hst:configurations/common/hst:templates/standard.main.ftl (and removing main.jsp)
• /hst:hst/hst:configurations/common/hst:templates/standard.header.ftl (and removing header.jsp)

I'm also uploading the patch for all these changes. Please review and commit the patch.
