Use enhanced delta xml import instead of deprecated contentdelete

Initializing the repository now logs a lot of warnings about deprecated contentdelete usage in gogreen. Some of these warnings relate to configuration in the gogreen content module itself, others relate to plugins used by the gogreen that still use the deprecated contentdelete method. Both should be eliminated.
