Error while adding Radio group to a document /compound type

1. Start CMS
2. Navigate to Documents >> Configuration
3. When I introduce Radio group button I see attached exceptions. I have to remove the radio group to avoid exceptions filling up the terminal.

Below exception is seen in CMS itself.
An error has occurred, sorry for that.
