Implement page management features

As part of page management story RD-2019 and others it is possible to create, delete, edit the menu items. Which are working fine within the page management modal dialog, but is is not reflected in the channel manager.

Discussed with Niels - he say changes should be made to Go Green project itself to support such page management features. This issue should support all such page management features.
