remove all external requests from gogreen

currently gogreen has for example Feeds : These feeds do call to onehippo.com. When you do not have internet, or deploy on amazon cloud, you might not have access to onehippo.com (or when it is down). In this case, the frontend still works as the feed requests are async fetched via ajax calls, however, the channel mngr will practically break because async components are rendered synchronously in channel mngr mode. Took me and infra 30 minutes to find this out on amazon cloud with a malfunctioning channel mngr
